The Role

Requirements

• Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject area
• Teaching qualification (PGCE/PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable, though not essential for some vocational roles
• Experience teaching or training within FE, post-16 or adult learning settings
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is required
