About the Role

• Provide classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
• Support small groups and individual pupils to build confidence and progress
• Assist with classroom routines, resources and behaviour support
• Help maintain a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
• Experience within a primary school setting
• Understanding of safeguarding and classroom expectations
• A patient, flexible and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
