This is a long-term opportunity to support pupils with complex needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH.
Your Impact in the Classroom
Bespoke 1:1 Mentorship: Provide the consistent adult presence pupils need to feel safe and successful.
EHCP Implementation: Deliver tailored support based on legally-mandated Education, Health and Care Plans.
Co-Regulation: Use positive behaviour strategies to help students navigate emotional challenges.
Holistic Support: Work alongside SENCOs and therapists to build a 360-degree support network for every child.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: A solid background in SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD) is essential.

Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent high-level experience).
