We are seeking experienced Process Mapping Facilitators to support large-scale Finance Process Optimization initiatives within a global enterprise environment. This role is central to driving clarity, alignment, and execution across complex Finance value chains.
This is a high‑visibility role requiring strong facilitation capability, operational rigor, and the ability to translate complexity into actionable process artefacts.
The Role
- Lead and facilitate structured process mapping and optimization workshops (virtual, hybrid, and in‑person)
- Develop and refine current‑state and future‑state process maps using firm‑approved process modeling tools
- Translate complex Finance processes into clear, standardized, and execution‑ready visual artifacts
- Drive stakeholder engagement, alignment, and decision‑making during workshops
- Surface inefficiencies, risks, control gaps, and automation opportunities within Finance processes
- Partner closely with Process Optimization Leads, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure outputs are implementation‑ready
- Maintain strong governance over documentation standards and version control
- Support global stakeholders across multiple time zones and seniority levels
What You Will Bring
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Finance Transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience facilitating structured process mapping workshops
- Strong virtual facilitation capability with global and senior stakeholder audiences
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Microsoft Visio
- SAP Signavio
- Experience supporting Finance transformation initiatives (e.g., Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex discussions into clear process narratives and visual models
Nice To Have Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise transformation or operating model redesign
- Exposure to service design methodologies
- Experience working with Global Finance shared services or complex multi‑entity environments
