Part-Time Customer Support Specialist – Breakdown Help

RAC in Walsall is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Motability Team on a part-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, providing them with essential support and reassurance.

Successful candidates will possess strong customer service skills, experience in a Contact Centre, and excellent communication abilities. The position operates fully office-based with a part-time contract of 25 hours per week.
