The role

n
• Advising on all aspects of commercial litigation, dispute resolution and ADR
• Including – general corporate/co-co disputes, fraud, banking & finance, defamation and IP among others
• Leveraging the existing client relationships alongside your own work
• Supervising and mentoring juniors 
• NB: IP/IT/MEDIA disputes experience would be advantageous
• Very good draw and bonus/benefits

Requirements

• You must be a Commercial Litigation/Disputes Partner
• City, West End or notable regional firm background
• You must have your own clients/referral network
• You should be a collaborative team player
