We’re recruiting for a growing and forward-thinking Managed Service Provider based in Redhill, looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their friendly and supportive team. Salary:
£27,000 – £32,000 DOE

What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer IT support queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Log and manage support tickets efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service at every interaction.
- Work closely with experienced engineers and learn on the job.
