Urban Outfitters at Bluewater is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. You’ll help create the energetic, customer-focused environment that defines our brand, supporting store management to deliver exceptional service and uphold our VIBE philosophy.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, engaging customer service during peak hours.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and mystery shop compliance.
• Assist in training peers and collaborating with the team.
• Process shipments, manage stock, and complete weekly operational tasks.
• Follow health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines.

What we are looking for:

• Previous retail experience (not essential).
• Awareness of Urban Outfitters’ brand and local appeal.
• Strong communication skills- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
