Senior Sales Assistant – Hotter Shoes

Hotter Shoes – 14 hours a week, working 3 days out of (specify period).

We are looking to recruit a Sales Assistant who is committed, enthusiastic, enjoys a varied workload and will take great pride in their work.

You will demonstrate your ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as use your own initiative.

We are looking for motivated individuals who will be dedicated to shaping the customer experience within our stores and you must be comfortable working on your own.

Responsibilities

• Help to build the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience.
• Deal with customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
• Replenishment and merchandising.
• Lift boxes and help out with deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the department, lone working.
• Undertake administrative duties related to the role.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience.
• Ability to lift boxes and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
