We are looking for an Transport Administrative Assistant on behalf of our Widnes based customer.
We are looking for an enthusiastic & skilled person to work in a small team delivering a wide range of specialist transport services.
Working hours will be 08:00hrs -17:00hrs. Part‑time temporary work leading to full‑time permanent work for the right candidate.
Essential job requirements:
- Successfully work as part of a team.
- Comfortable in an office environment. Desk work – dealing with computer tasks & paperwork.
- Ability to talk to people with ease & confidence, both face to face & on the phone.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Good problem‑solving skills.
- Good IT user including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- GSCE or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
Salary: £14.25 per hour
Must be available for an interview. Immediate start. Temp‑Perm position.
