Job Description

Position: Teaching Assistant (SEND & Pastoral Support)Location: Bishops Cleeve Primary AcademyHours: 32.5 hours per weekWorking Weeks: 38 (term time only)Contract: 12 months fixed termSalary: Level 3 qualified – £20,669 per annum; Level 2 qualified – £18,497 per annum

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in their learning journey
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Help build pupils’ confidence, independence, and resilience
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
