Job Details
Hours: Part time (30 hours or 22.5 hours). Contract: Permanent. Flexibility: 8.5 hour shifts per day with 1-hour unpaid meal break. Applicants must be flexible to work morning and late shift patterns and full weekend availability. Salary: Starting rate of £14.80 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, delivering a rewarding shopping experience from fitting rooms to tills.
- Maintain the sales floor: keep the store clean, well‑stocked, organised, and presented to inspire customers.
- Manage sales and inventory: monitor customer reactions, recommend adjustments to visual displays and stock levels for each style, colour, and size.
- Collaborate with team: support colleagues, help create a strong, united team.
- Promote sustainability: champion recycling programme, promote repair services, and participate in local community activities.
- Contribute to retail technology: content creation for social media campaigns, styling app, or livestream channel for those interested in the spotlight.
Training & Development
- On‑the‑job training to develop customer service and store operation skills under the guidance of an experienced trainer.
- Classroom training with colleagues from various stores to learn company values, history, and best retail practices.
- Digital learning tools: self‑paced online manuals and quizzes to secure product knowledge and shopfloor standards.
