We are looking for a Trainee Sprayer Operator to join the Frontier team in Holbeach, on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for agriculture, ideally with previous experience of spraying or operating farm machinery.

About You

  • Enthusiastic about starting a career in agriculture and eager to learn
  • Willing to work towards PA1 & PA2 qualifications (full training and support provided)
  • Interested in operating farm machinery, with any previous experience being a bonus
  • Positive attitude and ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to new tasks and challenges
  • Team‑oriented mindset, with the confidence to work independently when needed
  • Good communication skills and willingness to engage with colleagues and external partners professionally

Your Role Will Involve

  • Learning to operate one of our modern, self‑propelled sprayers to assist with the safe and timely application of crop protection products & liquid fertilisers
  • Supporting seasonal tasks including potato haulm flailing, potato fogging, soil sampling and assisting with crop protection deliveries
  • Gaining hands‑on experience with a variety of farm machinery and learning best practices in machinery maintenance and field operations
  • Developing a strong understanding of health & safety procedures and environmental compliance
