About the role

Availability Window: Days and times are specified for each shift. The hours will be scheduled within these windows with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. The minimum guaranteed hours are 16 per week, with opportunities for 12‑hour roles.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in‑store.
  • Working across all areas of the store and collaborating with all colleagues, using the store as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
  • Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
  • Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
  • Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
  • Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
  • A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
  • A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
  • You must be 18 years or older to apply.
