Availability

Work within the following availability windows:

• Sunday 11:30 – 16:00
• Monday 15:00 – 19:00
• Tuesday 15:00 – 18:45
• Wednesday 15:00 – 18:45
• Friday 18:00 – 22:00
• Saturday 18:00 – 22:00

Compensation & Hours

• Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25.• Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for work between midnight and 6 am.• Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week; 12‑hour roles also available.

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to work within the specified availability windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and build customer rapport.
• Show confidence with products and services, offering help when needed.
• Support store operations: shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, general replenishment duties.
• Make customer‑focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.
• Use initiative to make the right decisions for customers.
• Work well in a team, communicate openly, have fun, and celebrate success.
