Manufacturing and Production, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire – £15 per hour (temporary)

Location: Ellesmere Port

Pay: £15 per hour, paid weekly

Contract Type: Temp to perm

Hours: Monday‑Friday 6am‑2pm & 2pm‑10pm, rotating weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment proficiently to produce products according to production sheets
• Ensure production meets quality standards
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
• Collect finished product and prepare it for dispatch to the customer
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations and meet daily targets
• Accurately complete production reports and other necessary documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of high‑quality performance

Skills / Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently
• A strong understanding of health and safety practices within a production environment
• Previous experience in a production or machine operating position is essential
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
