We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a luxury 5‑star hotel and spa in Surrey. Working within the hotel’s brasserie‑style restaurant, you will support the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team in delivering consistently high‑quality seasonal dishes within a professional and supportive environment.

Person

The successful Demi Chef de Partie will have:

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie within a quality hotel or restaurant environment
  • A strong foundation in core cooking skills and food preparation techniques
  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality
  • Good attention to detail and pride in producing consistent dishes
  • A positive, team‑focused attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
  • An understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
  • A strong desire to develop and progress towards Chef de Partie level
