What you will do
- Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with statutory and non-statutory organisations including hospitals, residential settings, and community services.
- Safeguarding Triage: Assess and respond to safeguarding concerns within statutory timescales.
- Case Management: Manage your own caseload independently, ensuring high standards of assessment and intervention.
- Investigations: Undertake safeguarding enquiries, including Section 42 investigations and reporting.
- Decision Making: Record and communicate decisions clearly and professionally.
- Risk Assessment: Apply strong analytical skills to assess and manage risk effectively.
- Professional Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, safeguarding practice, and policy guidance.
