Job Title: Social Worker
Salary: £33,699 – £41,771 per annum plus £3000 marketforce
37 Hours per Week
Location: County wide/ based in Worcester
Team: Adult Neurodiversity Team
Permanent Contract
We are seeking 2 Social Workers to join The Adult Neurodiversity Team, supporting adults with neurodivergent conditions including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a strengths-based, person-centred service that promotes independence, wellbeing, and inclusion.You will play a key role in delivering high-quality social care assessments, support planning, and safeguarding interventions, while working closely with individuals, families, and partner agencies.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
- Has experience working within adult social care
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation
- Has a commitment to strengths-based practice and co-production
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
