Voyage-Care is seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker in Wisbech to lead our supported living service and enhance the quality of life for the individuals we support. In this role, you will help empower individuals to gain independence.

Your responsibilities include day-to-day supervision, allocating shifts, and ensuring effective support for both staff and the individuals. Candidates should have prior senior experience and a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
