CFO Support Worker
Shaw Trust supports people with a criminal record by providing services to help them transition from custody to the community, reducing the risk of reoffending. The HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) programme will be delivered in the East and Southeast of England. We are hiring a CFO Support Worker to join our team and work across multiple sites, including HMP Elmley and Canterbury Probation.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of participants in both custodial and community settings, delivering high‑quality support and guidance.
- Assist participants in overcoming barriers to successful resettlement, achieving agreed milestones, developing skills, and securing sustainable employment.
- Work across different locations in custody and within community hubs, providing tailored assistance as required.
- Undergo enhanced vetting checks before commencing the role.
