Panel Wirer / Electrical Fitter (Aerospace/Defence)

Location: Poynton, Manchester

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + training, progression, overtime, pension, early finish Friday.

Responsibilities

• Wiring large‑scale projects using cabinet, rack and box wiring techniques.
• Creation, routing and securement of multiple wire/cable harnesses and looms.
• Termination of various connector types.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date technical documentation of works and projects.

Qualifications

• Background working on large‑scale projects in aerospace, defence, industrial, healthcare or plant sectors.
• Previous experience as a panel wirer, electrical fitter or similar.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical/schematic drawings.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
