Support Coordinator — Lead Care & Independent Living

Home Group is looking for a Support Coordinator in Bude to lead support planning and coordinate with Support Workers. You’ll help customers with daily tasks and promote their independence, making a real difference in their lives.

This permanent full-time role offers a salary of £27,500, with 34 days leave rising to 39. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience, and passion for supporting others.
