What you’ll be doing
As an Associate, you’ll take a hands-on role across major transactions and will be encouraged to build your profile within the market. Responsibilities include:
- Managing key aspects of corporate deals
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and client pitches
- Mentoring junior lawyers
- Contributing to thought leadership and external visibility
