Weekend Support Worker Driver

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of care/support workers.

As a care/support worker you will become an integral part of our service users lives. You will support them to maintain their independence and promote their dignity by working in a person centred way.

You may provide the following support on a daily basis:

• Preparing nutritious and healthy balanced meals for service users and ensure their hydration needs are met
• Supporting service users with their medication
• Complete shopping or daily errands for service users
• Support service users to wash and dress, ensuring personal hygiene
• Support service users to maintain mobility
• Support service users to attend appointments
• Support service users to live a fulfilled life by supporting them to access the community and take part in activities that they enjoy
• Communicate with other professionals and ensure the care around the service user is joined up and effective

We are looking for care/support workers who are friendly, have a positive outlook and who are passionate about providing only the highest quality of care.
