Position Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will interact with teachers, youth group leaders and uniformed groups (such as cubs, scouts, guides and brownies) to book groups of children into our camps and manage all pre‑travel administration. You will provide a high level of customer service to secure future re‑bookings and support the continued growth of PGL.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage all pre‑travel administration for bookings.
- Provide high‑level customer service to meet customers’ needs and secure future re‑bookings.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and helpful telephone manner.
- A fantastic listener who can appreciate customers’ needs and provide attractive solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
Compensation & Working Hours
Salary: £26,383.50 plus OTE full commission and a bonus of approximately £1,900.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Office-based with flexible working options available.
