Logistics Administrator

Your new company We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support the efficient coordination of day-to-day logistics operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the logistics team.Your new role

  • Coordinate and manage transport bookings, deliveries, and collections
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and stock movements
  • Process and update logistics documentation, including delivery notes and invoices
  • Support inventory control and stock management processes
  • Handle customer and supplier queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with scheduling and route planning where required
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations

What youll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Experience with logistics or warehouse systems (desirable but not essential)
