Residential Support Worker: Youth with Disabilities

Blackburn with Darwen Council is seeking two motivated Residential Support Workers to join our ‘Outstanding’ short break service. The roles involve supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and autism, 25 hours per week on a rota basis.

The ideal candidates must be 21 or older, have experience in residential settings, and hold a Level 2 qualification in Child Care or Youth Work. The positions are part-time with flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
