Position Overview
As a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher at St. Paul’s C of E Primary School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our pupils. You will deliver creative and engaging lessons, foster a love for learning, and promote an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can inspire and motivate our pupils to shine like stars in the world.

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Be a reflective practitioner and adapt planning to meet pupil needs
- Take part in all aspects of school life and support our vision, values, and Christian ethos
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing effective feedbackWork collaboratively with colleagues to develop teaching practice
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary setting (KS2 desirable but not essential)
- A passion for education and inspiring young learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be in line with the Teachers’ Pay Scale and commensurate with experience. St. Paul’s offers a supportive and collaborative working environment alongside continuous professional development opportunities.
