About This Role
Apley Wood Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and committed HLTA to work 3 days per week (21 hours). The role requires a commitment to support children’s learning and a flexible approach to teaching.
- Passionate about securing positive outcomes for children.
- Highly motivated, organised, and flexible in the way you work to best meet children’s needs.
- An effective communicator with strong relationships with children, parents/carers, and professionals.
- Able to utilise planning and resourcing when covering a class.
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to support the school in moving children’s learning forward.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Level 2 or above qualification in English and Maths.
- Previous experience working effectively within a school setting.
- Good standard of written and spoken English and a general understanding of Maths.
