What you will do
- Conduct thorough Care Act Assessments and Reviews to ensure the well-being of adults in need.
- Carry out Carers Assessments and provide targeted support.
- Perform Mental Capacity Assessments ensuring individuals receive decisions aligned with their best interests.
- Manage legal work as required, efficiently handling all documentation and procedures.
- Provide crucial Duty Work support within the team, ensuring timely interventions when needed.
- Handle Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries, collaborating with multi-agency teams to safeguard vulnerable adults.
