Rotating Shifts

Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm / 1pm to 10pm (Overtime available on weekends)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and implement effective solutions with a safety‑first mindset.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure all vehicles are reliable and road‑ready.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and qualifications.

• Competitive first‑year OTE of circa £62,680, including base salary and overtime.
• Sign‑On Bonus of £5,000 after a successful settling‑in period.
• Annual Bonus of £2,000 to reward contributions to fleet safety and operations.
• Overtime earnings at 1.5x hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, trailers, plant and workshop equipment.
• Strong diagnostic skills with a safety‑first mindset.
• Team player with good communication and organisation skills.

Desirable

• HGV C licence and ADR.
