The Role

As a supporting staff member for Electrical education, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and guidance to both staff and learners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting lecturers with lesson preparations.
  • Maintaining Electrical facilities and the workshop.
  • Supporting learners of various levels.
  • Implementing health and safety measures.
  • Ensuring compliance with college policies.

Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth learning journey for both educators and learners. By providing excellent assistance and guidance, you will help learners acquire the necessary skills for further study, employment, or apprenticeships.

Skills and Experience

  • Electrical qualification or a minimum of 2 years of industrial experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and IT knowledge.
