Overview
We’re seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic multi‑trade operative to join our Empty Homes team as a multi‑skilled engineer. The role focuses on void properties across Stow‑on‑the‑Wold, Chipping Campden, Moreton‑in‑Marsh, Bourton on the water and Winchcombe, helping to prepare homes for new customers and maintaining high standards across our communities.
What we’re looking for
- Expertise in carpentry, plumbing and plastering
- A strong commitment to delivering high‑quality work
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach combined with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
- Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility with working hours and travel
Additional requirements
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- A Basic DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
- If you hold relevant qualifications, we’ll need to see the original certificates
