MIG weld thin steel tubing using jigs (no drawings required)
Weld and assemble products to a consistently high standard

Requirements
MIG welding experience required (preferably up to 1 year)
Lean Thinking (knowledge of Paul Akers’ 2 Second Lean is highly desirable)
Good understanding of welding equipment setup, operation, and basic maintenance
Ability to assemble components using hand and power tools
Strong commitment to quality at every stage of production
Clear communicator who is confident speaking up in daily company‑wide huddles
Understands and follows all personal and company safety procedures, including correct PPE use
Well presented, professional demeanour, and positive attitude
Actively self‑educates (e.g. reading books, learning new skills, personal development)
What a Typical Day Looks Like
07:15 – Arrive at work
07:20 – Clock in and prepare for the day
07:30 – Morning production huddle
Discuss production flow
Raise issues from the previous day and how they were resolved
Set expectations for the day ahead
07:45 – Cleaning, chores, and improvement time
08:15 – Production work with a focus on continuous improvement
10:00 – Break
10:15 – Back to work
13:00 – Lunch
Review progress vs plan
Identify any additional hours needed to complete work
16:30 – End of day (unless additional hours are required)
You will complete a 12‑week probationary period, during which we’ll work closely with you to ensure the role and culture are the right fit — for both you and us.
After probation, performance is reviewed monthly
