Are you an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a vibrant and inclusive primary school? Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
• Support children with SEND and additional learning needs
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management and pupil assessments
• Contribute positively to the wider school community

Key Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience working in a school as a Teacher or Assistant
• Strong understanding of child development and learning
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
• Understanding of safeguarding and behavioural management
