Personal Assistant – 30 hours

Responsibilities

• Fostering independence and facilitating community access (coffee trips, shopping, outings).
• Assisting with wheelchair access in the community.
• Supporting with personal care.
• Keeping client’s bedroom clean and tidy.
• Maintaining laundry and clothing care.
• Providing companionship and positive engagement. Ideally have experience supporting adults with additional needs.
• Confidence supporting wheelchair users.
• Comfort with personal care.
• Patient, respectful and has a good sense of humour.
• Reliability and a caring nature are essential.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• DBS will ne needed or applied for.
