Responsibilities
- Fostering independence and facilitating community access (coffee trips, shopping, outings).
- Assisting with wheelchair access in the community.
- Supporting with personal care.
- Keeping client’s bedroom clean and tidy.
- Maintaining laundry and clothing care.
- Providing companionship and positive engagement. Ideally have experience supporting adults with additional needs.
- Confidence supporting wheelchair users.
- Comfort with personal care.
- Patient, respectful and has a good sense of humour.
- Reliability and a caring nature are essential.
Qualifications
- Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
- DBS will ne needed or applied for.
