About The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role you’ll support the General Manager of the running of this site, who will delegate their duties as they see fit. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service, leading by example and training others to give the best customer experience of all time. Part of your role will be ensuring all of your team are happy, developing themselves, reaching goals and having fun.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in running the site and delegate duties as needed.
• Serve as a benchmark for customer service and lead by example.
• Train team members to deliver the best customer experience.
• Ensure team happiness, development, goal attainment, and enjoyment.
• Act as the glue that keeps the team together and drives improvement daily.
