Extra Care Supervisor
We are looking for an Extra Care Supervisorto join our teams in Windmill Place, Thame and Potters/Frys Court,Oxford……
37.5 hours a week hours, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00.Plus the on-call rota.
This is a dual-site role,with two days a week in Potters Court in Oxford and three days aweek in Windmill Place, Thame.
This is an excellent opportunity to developa career in the care sector
Forthis role, you must be experienced within the care sector and holdor be happy to work towards NVQ level 2.
Drivers License with access to own vehicleessential
Responsibilities of thisrole:
- Signing up newclients and liaising with Social Services and/or familymembers
- Completing client reviews and ensuringour service is running smoothly.
- Creating andmaintaining person centered care plans
- Carryout risk assessments within the service user’s home
- Communicate with our care staff regarding our clients’needs and if any changes occur
- Completing spotchecks and face to face supervisions with our care staff andensuring all concerns, if any, are reported to the RegisteredManager
- Compliance sign off / medicationcompetencies for new care staff
