The Role
As a Primary Teacher you will deliver high‑quality education and create an engaging learning environment where pupils feel supported, challenged, and inspired to achieve their potential.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
- Differentiation to meet the needs of all learners.
- Support children with a range of abilities, including SEND pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Contribute to the wider school community where required.
- Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times.
- Allocate responsibilities appropriate to the role type – supply roles may involve delivering pre‑planned lessons; long‑term positions may include full planning, preparation, and assessment duties.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching within Primary Schools.
- Confidence teaching EYFS, KS1, KS2, or across multiple key stages.
- Passion for making a positive impact on children’s learning and development.

- Strong communication skills and excellent classroom management.
