Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in UK classrooms (preferred but not essential for NQTs/ECTs)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A genuine passion for education
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
