Community Support Worker – Flexible Hours (LD & Autism)

Mary Rush Care Ltd in Oxford is seeking dedicated individuals to provide support for people with learning disabilities, autism, and related conditions. You’ll assist with everyday activities like shopping and trips, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

The role offers flexible hours from 3 to 40+ hours a week across weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to travel within the community. Experience is preferable but not necessary.
