Primary Teacher – Early Years & Special Needs

Salary: £195–£255 per day

Job Type: Full Time

As an Early Years Teacher with a focus on Special Needs, you will support the school’s youngest learners, offering tailored learning experiences that foster growth, creativity, and resilience. This school’s nurturing approach ensures that every child, regardless of ability, receives the support they need to thrive in the early stages of their educational journey.

Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the school community.
  • Proficiency in working with IEPs (Individualised Education Plans).
  • Familiarity with conditions such as autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
  • Establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour to create an orderly and productive environment.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Eligible for British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • Proven classroom experience or training.
