Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring a positive learning environment
• Deliver pre-prepared work and maintain pupil engagement
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Support the wider school community when required.

Pre-requisites

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge and practice.
• Ability to provide two education-based references.
