As our PPA Teacher, you will:
- Work alongside class teachers, covering their PPA time, to deliver high-quality teaching and learning in EYFS / Foundation Stage
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the learning and developmental needs of all pupils
- Build strong, positive relationships with children to support their wellbeing and educational success
- Ensure effective planning, assessment, recording and reporting
- Deliver both statutory and non-statutory assessments
- Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment
- Lead and direct support staff effectively within lessons
- Work closely with leaders and teachers to track pupil progress and implement interventions where needed
