Machine Operative

We are looking for a Machine Operative to join our team in Letchworth.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same; you will work across a variety of machines and processes depending on workload.

Shift Pattern Available

• Rotating shift: 6:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00
• Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Salary: £12.71 – £13.75

Key Responsibilities for Machine Operative

• Set up and operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor print quality and ensure jobs meet specifications
• Maintain machinery, including cleaning between jobs
• Report faults and request consumables as needed
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and adhere to H&S policies

About You as a Machine Operative

• Experience as a Machine Operative using Litho / Kongsberg or any other similar experience
• Basic IT skills, including MS Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of materials/substrates and chemical handling (desirable)
• Flexible and willing to learn
