Machine Operator – Hot Foil Machine
Swansea£13.00 per hourMonday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm (Overtime on Saturdays)
We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Hot Foil Machine Operator to join a close knit established production team in Swansea. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with manufacturing or print experience who is looking for a stable, full-time role with a supportive company.
The Role
As a Hot Foil Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating hot foil machinery to produce high-quality finished products. You will play an important role in maintaining production standards, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating hot foil machines
- Monitoring production runs and quality standards
- Adjusting machine settings where required
- Carrying out routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Working from job sheets and production instructions
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Supporting the wider production team when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating machinery within manufacturing, print, or production environments
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with hot foil machinery is advantageous but not essential
