Responsibilities
- Receive, verify accuracy, and enter customer orders; liaise with Planning and confirm delivery dates with customers; resolve transport incidents.
- Manage a customer portfolio consisting of European and English speaking customers.
- Manage customer enquiries, resolve queries, source and provide information.
- Interrogate data systems and generate reports for management reporting.
- Take ownership of orders, monitor WIP, manifest transport collections and champion OTIF completion.
- Use Microsoft Excel daily to track order progress and analyze data.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and one European language.
- Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills.
- Good secondary education or degree.
- Experience in a Customer Service, Planning or Supply Chain area.
- Numerate and familiar with ERP systems.
- Export experience would be advantageous.
