Job Title: Plasterer

Location: Northwest (Manchester)

Salary: £32,319 plus van and fuel card

Contract: Permanent

Weekly Hours: 40

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality plastering repair work to customers’ homes.
• Travel to designated properties within the regional area, and occasionally to other sites as required.
• Carry out patching, skimming, boarding, two‑coat plaster, internal and external rendering, coving, cornice, and insulation tasks.
• Perform minor joinery, repointing, and brickwork where needed.
• Ensure all work meets quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Repairs & Maintenance team across all trade professions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence, ideally with no more than 6 points.
• Experience in patching, skimming, boarding, two‑coat plaster, rendering, coving, cornice, insulation, and related tasks.
• NVQ Level 3 Trade Qualification or equivalent recognised competency.
• Basic health and safety knowledge in a repair environment.
• Team player, problem solver, and passion for providing a right‑first‑time quality service.
