Salary/Benefits: £26k – £37k + Training & Benefits (overtime, company vehicle, annual leave and pension scheme)

Travel: The role requires travel across Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Heywood, Manchester, Stockport, Glossop, Altrincham, Bolton, Haslingden, Burnley, Accrington, Blackburn, Leigh, Westhoughton, Warrington, Wilmslow, St Helens, Prescot, Widnes, Runcorn, Frodsham, Chorley, Preston, Ormskirk, Southport, Formby, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Brighouse.

Experience / Qualifications

• Track record working as a Water Hygiene Remedial Engineer.
• Must hold the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and G3 Unvented ticket.
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing is advantageous but not essential.
• Good knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Able to complete PPM and reactive works.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

The Role

• Deadleg removals.
• TMV servicing, replacements and installations.
• CWST refurbishments, replacements and installations.
• Pipework adjustments and modifications.
• POU water heater servicing and installations.
• Unvented cylinder servicing and installations.
• Fault-finding on site and making appropriate recommendations.
• Completing regular service reports.
• Working to set deadlines and project scopes.
